Armed

The complete brand and product design for ARMED™ — Conquest Cyber's flagship SaaS platform for defending the nation's critical infrastructure. We built it from zero: identity, product design system, every module, every module icon, every screen, every surface. The platform went on to earn FedRAMP authorization and was acquired by BlueVoyant in a deal backed by $140M in Series E funding.

Brand System

ARMED needed to feel like what it actually is — a command platform for people who defend critical infrastructure for a living. We built the identity around three ideas: radical transparency, precision control, and forward motion. The logomark is a stylized “A” carved from angular facets — part chevron, part shield, part waypoint — designed to read clearly at favicon scale and hold its own on a keynote backwall.

The color system is led by a vivid, high-signal green used with intent to mark alerts, progress, and action, grounded by a near-black charcoal that brings the low-light seriousness of a SOC at 3 a.m. Softer green tones support success states and layered data, while deeper blues carry weight across compliance, reporting, and infrastructure views. The result is a palette that performs seamlessly across keynote, sales collateral, and the product itself without ever needing to shout. Typography is geometric, technical, and slightly cinematic, with patterns built from stacked chevrons that echo the mark and move across every surface like armor in motion.

Home Dashboard

The ARMED home dashboard is where the platform earns its name. We designed it to answer, in a single view, the questions every security leader needs and rarely gets cleanly: Where are we on our path to maturity? How do we compare to industry? What needs attention right now?

The layout maps the NIST Cybersecurity Framework — Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover — into a live maturity graph that updates as the program evolves. Industry benchmarking sits alongside it, so every metric is contextualized against peers. Risk awareness, strategic defense actions, strategic compliance actions, and operational awareness each get their own panel — prioritized, triaged, and always one click from drill-down. Designed for the CEO and the analyst to open the same screen and both come away with what they need.

Defend Module

DEFEND is the command surface — a real-time view of system maturity across Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover, each with a live maturity score. We designed it to make strategic defense actions operational: every finding has guidance, verification, management status, and a clear description tied to controls. Cybersecurity strategy stops being a static document and becomes something you can actually run.

Arms Room Dashboard

ARMS ROOM is the module we built for every security leader who has ever been asked to justify a tool purchase. It lets organizations compare new technologies and service solutions directly against their maturity requirements — estimating impact and return on investment before a single dollar is spent. The dashboard turns vendor evaluation into a disciplined, data-backed decision, not a pitch-deck guessing game.

Overwatch Module

OVERWATCH extends the platform beyond the organization's own perimeter — into its supply chain, service providers, and subordinate entities. We designed it for the reality that most breaches now enter through third parties. The module surfaces vendor risk, service provider risk, and subordinate entity risk in a single correlated view, so even multi-tiered and distributed organizations can monitor complex systems in one place. The goal was clarity: know who's connected, know what they're exposing, and know it before an adversary does.

Comply Dashboard

COMPLY shows an organization exactly how its cybersecurity program stacks up against the regulations it's actually governed by — CUI, DFARS, DoD CMMC, FFIEC, FINRA, HIPAA, and more — with clear, quantitative progress scores for every control family. We designed each panel to cut through the binder-thick complexity of compliance frameworks and reduce it to the only thing most stakeholders need to know: percent implemented, what's missing, what to do next. For an organization competing for federal contracts, this dashboard is the difference between "on the list" and "off the list."

Risk Management Module

RISK module (the heart of risk management in ARMED) surfaces the three things that matter — threats, vulnerabilities, and assets — and correlates them into a single operational picture. Risk awareness, active assets, vulnerability assessments, threat intel, and hardware/software asset registers all live in one view. We designed the information architecture so that an analyst can move from a high-level risk score to a specific vulnerability on a specific asset in two clicks, and back out to the executive view in one. The key risk variables, where they belong: in front of the people who need them.
