Conquest Cyber

The complete brand system for an elite cybersecurity company protecting America's critical infrastructure. We built every piece of it — identity, product family, stationery, brochures, signage, swag, slide decks, digital — across two SaaS products and a federal go-to-market that ended in a $140M-backed acquisition by BlueVoyant.

Brand System

The Conquest mark is a hexagonal monogram — three interlocking planes that read as both a fortified node and a directional chevron forward. It carries the weight the name demands: this is a company doing serious work for serious clients, and the mark performs accordingly on a government RFP, a conference keynote, and a laptop sticker.

Blue is Conquest itself — a confident spectrum from sky to ocean to navy, grounded in near-black charcoal. It signals trust, clarity, and scale. From that master system, we extended two product identities that share the DNA but speak to different audiences: ARMED™ in tactical green, built for the Defense Industrial Base and federal agencies where "mission-critical" is not a metaphor; and SCyOps™ in magenta, built for the commercial critical infrastructure sector — community banks, hospitals, utilities — where the same threat lands in a different rulebook.

Typography is modern, geometric, and confident without being cold. The signature hexagonal pattern carries through every piece — stationery, brochures, slide decks, booth backwall, email signature — like a structural thread you can feel even when you can't see it.

Stationary

When a defense contractor hands a document to a federal buyer, the letterhead does quiet work. We designed the full Conquest stationery system — letterhead, business cards, envelopes, folders, reports, and the day-to-day correspondence a company like this produces in volume — around the same hexagonal logic and blue palette that run through the rest of the brand. Every piece lines up at inspection: the logo sits the same way, the paper weighs the same, the signature block reads the same. In a business where credibility is the product, consistency at this scale is not optional.

Go-to-Market Assets

Conquest’s go-to-market motion spanned five distinct verticals—Defense Industrial Base, federal government, healthcare, financial services, and energy—each with its own regulatory framework, buyer profile, and language. We built a modular system of go-to-market assets, including brochures and case studies, designed to speak fluently to each audience without fragmenting the brand.

Each vertical was expressed through a distinct accent color and icon set within the master system: a jet silhouette for DIB, a hospital icon for healthcare and HIPAA, a bank pediment for financial services, along with dedicated layouts for ARMED and SCyOps product narratives. The structure remained consistent—challenge, solution, results—so a federal buyer, hospital CISO, or community bank CIO could quickly find relevance without feeling like they were engaging with different brands.

The system was built to scale. Conquest’s sales team could produce new go-to-market materials—industry case studies, compliance guides, and technical briefs—on demand, without returning to design for every iteration.

Outdoor Advertising

Cybersecurity brands compete for attention in high-stakes, high-noise environments—conference floors, federal campuses, transit corridors, and city-scale placements. We extended Conquest’s identity into a cohesive outdoor and environmental advertising system designed to perform at distance and at scale.

From RSA and Black Hat to federal industry events and executive venues, we developed large-format creative across backwalls, banners, stage backdrops, and wayfinding, alongside HQ signage and campaign-ready outdoor placements. The system carried consistently: hexagonal architecture, disciplined typography, and a controlled blue palette—engineered to hold clarity and authority at billboard scale.

The objective was simple: ensure Conquest reads as a serious, credible player—instantly, and from across the room or across the street.

Swag

In cybersecurity, swag is not branding — it's a handshake that travels. We designed the full Conquest merch system for trade shows, client gifts, new hire kits, and partner events: apparel, drinkware, notebooks, tech accessories, tactical-leaning gear that fit the brand's DNA (and its clientele). Everything in the kit was designed to survive the conference floor and look right on a CISO's desk two weeks later. The ARMED and SCyOps sub-brands got their own merch treatments as well, so the product story could travel alongside the master brand wherever Conquest's team showed up.

A launch film built for go-to-market

ARMED is a complex platform operating across critical infrastructure, cyber risk, and national security. To bring it to market, we developed a launch film designed to translate that complexity into a clear, compelling narrative.

The film connects infrastructure, systems, and human decision-making into a single story—built to resonate across federal, enterprise, and industry audiences. More than a brand piece, it functions as a core go-to-market asset, used across campaigns, presentations, and field sales to establish clarity and credibility from the first interaction.
